Join us for your Tuesday morning outdoor circuits class
Kickstart your day with a fun, full-body workout in the fresh morning air! Join us bright and early for a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility circuits designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular, you’ll find plenty of ways to challenge yourself while moving at your own pace.
Expect upbeat music, team energy, and plenty of encouragement to get you sweating and smiling before breakfast!
🕕 When: Every Tuesday 7.00 – 7.30am

💧 Bring: Appropriate clothing & footwear for weather & to move freely in. Hydration. Your energy!

Join us for your Wednesday evening yoga & mindfulness class
Take a midweek pause and reconnect with your body and mind in the calm, welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.
Join us for your Wednesday Wellbeing evenings for a gentle yoga and mindfulness session designed to help you:
- Release tension and restore energy
- Calm your mind and focus on the present
- Improve flexibility, balance, and inner strength
All levels are welcome – whether you’re new to yoga or regularly practice, you’ll feel at ease in our friendly setting.
