Hi, I’m Mel!
Mel is a qualified personal trainer, yoga teacher, group fitness instructor and life coach.
Mel has been working in the sport and physical activity sector since 2014, she has a passion for helping others to improve all aspects of their wellbeing through movement and to build sustainable habits into their life which can be long lasting and help them to lead happier and healthier lives.
